TECH WEEK @ THE CASINO THEATRE

SATURDAY, MAY 12th

8:30 am - 4:30pm - SET MOVE IN DAY - NO ACTORS CALLED.  

NEED SET VOLUNTEERS THIS DAY.  TO HELP LOAD TRUCK from JFK and then UNLOAD SET AND PUT TOGETHER at CASINO THEATRE. THIS CAN BE DONE IN SHIFTS - however you can help.

SUNDAY, May 13th 

ENTIRE CAST 

Actors called for 11:30am - 6:00pm /Musician will arrive at 1:00pm 

Cowboys bring all costume items!

(Actors will not need to get in costume this day.)

MONDAY, MAY 14th  - THURSDAY , May 17th 

ENTIRE CAST

Actors called for 4pm (as close to 4pm as they can) to 8:30pm 

(Actors, please bring homework and food and water.  Wednesday and Thursday evenings will be full make-up and costume as a photographer will be there) 

I know it will be tiresome! So, please rest up as much as you can.  If all goes well we could possibly end rehearsal earlier on Thursday evening at 8pm. It is really a wonderful show!
